Altazar Rossiter has been facilitating the transformation of emotional and psychological issues for nearly fifteen years. His client base includes professionals from education, finance, media and local government as well as coaches and therapists. He has a background of embracing change in his own professional life. Moving from a career as an electrical engineering consultant in the energy sector, where he was involved in the development of several North Sea oil installations, to transpersonal coaching and training. He has given transformational workshops internationally and headed a leading edge facilitator training programme in the Netherlands. He has also been a Lead Coach on a programme of coaching for year 10 to year 13 students in inner city schools. His training encompasses Buddhist Meditation, Transpersonal Psychology, Coaching, bio-energetics and NLP. He has a PhD in Psycholinguistics. Altazar is the author of the recently published book "Developing Spiritual Intelligence - The Power Of You."

Kathryn Pope is an executive and leadership coach working at the highest corporate levels. She works with boards, senior teams and leaders to improve their performance dramatically both individually and collectively. An ex-marketing Director, she has excellent communication and influencing skills and, having spent 12 years client side in global organisations, a deep understanding of commercial and leadership challenges. Industry sectors that she works across include: retail, finance, energy, engineering, grocery, hotel, fragrance, toiletries plus in the public sector a primary care trust. An ICF Professional Certified coach (PCC) she is passionate about professional development, enhancing coaching skills and ensuring that we manage ourselves as effectively as possible to create an outstanding experience for our clients. Trained in the use of a range of psychometric tools she is fascinated by the exploration of who we are and how we ‘turn up' in the coaching context. KP is one of the driving forces within the coaching profession in the UK and Europe. She is President of the ICF in the UK for 2009 and 2010. 

 

 

Bridget Strong

Bridget Strong has over 20 years experience as an executive coach and facilitator in English, Spanish and German. To date she has worked with heads of the finance, IT, manufacturing and packaging sectors and in the public sector with a government department, a government-backed commission and a global public organisation. Bridget's managerial background in international organisations in retail sales, tourism and training adds a strong commercial perspective to her work. Helping her clients to communicate more authentically, more congruently and more effectively with a wide range of traditional and innovative strategies and tools is her forte. Bridget has been actively involved in promoting the development of coaches since 2001. She has organised and been part of coaching practice groups since 2001 and been actively involved in coaching supervision for over 4 years. Bridget is a founding member of the British Psychological Society's Special Group in Coaching Psychology and is currently completing her coaching supervision certification with Middlesex University. She is passionate about encouraging individuals, groups and organisations to find their own voices.
